Created by L’Oreal with help from colored-gemstone manufacturer Carelle, this compact will be one of the goodies gifted to actresses nominated for Golden Globes in the drama and comedy categories.

Hollywood, Calif.–When the Golden Globe Awards take place on Sunday at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif., the jewelry industry will be poised to see who wears whose jewelry on the red carpet.

But when the cameras are turned off, the stars will take off their mostly borrowed jewelry and go home with swag bags. And this year, one of the gifts that the Golden Globe nominees for best actress in a drama and best actress in a comedy will walk away with is a colored-gemstone compact created by L’Oreal and colored-gemstone manufacturer Carelle. The compact features lemon citrine and pale-green quartz stones set in 18-karat yellow gold with diamond details.

In addition to the nine compacts gifted to the likes of Angelina Jolie and Meryl Streep (nominated as best actresses in a drama for their respective roles in Changeling and Doubt) one last compact will be auctioned off on eBay.com to benefit the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation during the Golden Globes show.

Carelle and L’Oreal have also crafted other jeweled compacts for the upcoming Sundance Film Festival, Jan. 15-25, and the 15th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards on Jan. 25.
